With over 10 years of project management and over 20 years of operational experience in production, testing, supply chain, and quality, Olly brings invaluable expertise from the rail, automotive, and defence sectors. His recent focus on change management and Agile Project Management allows him to effectively utilise Agile and LEAN methodologies in major automotive and rail businesses, driving strategy and successful on-time delivery.
Olly has a proven track record with companies like JLR, Honda of the UK Manufacturing, Pacific Architects and Engineers, and Bombardier Transportation (UK). Added to this Olly has also worked with smaller businesses to bring them in line with operational excellence and LEAN methodology, increasing productivity, supply chain operations, taking them from a small production team to a streamlined organisation that provides increased output, quality, efficiency and revenue.

Kirstie boasts over 20 years of experience in the Health & Wellness industry. Beginning as a therapist, Nutritionist and Naturopath she progressed to overseeing health retreats across the world.
